“I came out of work the other day to a dead car. I wasn’t able to jump it, so I needed it towed. Being as this was a Saturday, there were fewer options. I did a search of local tow companies with 24 hour service and found Atlas Towing & Recovery. I called and talked to the representative who took my information and said that he could have a tow to my location in about 25 minutes. I had already called my wife to come pick me up, so I asked if I had to remain with my car. He told me that I didn’t. I asked if he needed a credit card, and he said that he would call me about payment after my car was taken to my repair shop. I left and a short time later, I received a text with a photo of my car safely delivered to the shop. I got a call from the representative I spoke with, and he said that I could pay with Venmo…what an easy and (mostly) painless experience! A couple of days later, I reached out to my insurance agent about reimbursement, and he said I just needed to send him a copy of the receipt. I told him that I paid through Venmo, so I didn’t have a real receipt, but I would see what I could do. I called Atlas and spoke to Joe and within an hour or so, I had a complete and professional looking receipt to send to my agent. Atlas took a difficult situation and made it as smooth as possible for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.”
